Hi All,

I have recently been clearing out my stuff and I have come across a load of stuff I no longer require.

FGW Window Labels (May12) to a Variety of Destinations.

Anyone that collects Reservations from seats I have a load from FGW.

And a Massive Pile of Model Rail Magazines.

For any further Info Please PM me or comment Below.

Thanks
Ollie

Due to a clear out I have some bits for sale, or they will probably end up on ebay.

1 xl EWS rip off HVV

1 xxl BR rip off HVV

1 leather guards bag, the straps a bit iffy but all ok otherwise.

1 SWT guards bag (suitcase style one)

1 Carillion foul wearer coat with liner

1 Jarvis fleece (has a small stitch mark where the pocket had a hole years back)

Various working manuals, BR era. Rule book and a MGR wagon works booklet (training)

Well you already said that you would give me some window labels on Facebook ;)

I wouldn't mind the NR timetable map, the West Somerset timetable and the quiz book as well as the SWT engineering works timetable posters.
How much or what do you want for them?
Cheers

Do you have a picture of the SWT guards bag as I'm interested. If I could see what it looked like I might purchase it from you.

Cheers

I can certainly stick some up when I get home on Sunday :) it's a neat little nag but sadly hasn't got the SWT logo on it, which is curious. I was given it by a SWT guard. Who said it was unusual to be issued such a bag as they were usually for staff higher up in the food chain who would be required to stay overnight in places.

But yes, Sunday I will be home and be able to phot it.

That's a last resort lol, my pay pal won't work since I changed card details so it gets annoying.

What sort of working manuals are they? If they're for traction I might be interested..

The old Allied Publishing ones

Class 33 driving, general info and fault finding
Class 03/06 same as above
Class 205/207 brake test procedure (has the S&CR logo in place of the BR one though)
Drivers safety device booklet
Contents index for allied publishing

I've also got High Capacity Coal Trains description and maintenance

Anyone who knows what I'm on about I also have the little cardboard squares that went on the sides of wagons, similar to the not to go notices (I've also got a few hundred of them too lol) I've got loads of them, none filled in.

Thanks Ollie for the stuff and thanks Templemeads for passing some tickets on, when it was on the doormat I thought it looked a bit big for some tickets unless there was shedloads, which there was. SO thanks both very much. :D

Forgive me being the monger of doom here, but are we entirely certain that openly selling railway branded clothing is a good idea? An HVV in particular, due to the casual nature in which they are sometimes worn, could quite easily be used by somebody with illegitimate intentions (I'm not suggesting any of the enquirers here have) and being in possession of one could very possibly be viewed as suspicious. I appreciate that the organisations in question no longer exist, but Hi Viz vests with old logos on are still frequently in use; there are certainly a good few EWS ones and even the odd BR one being worn by crew.

If you do buy any such items, I would advise staying well clear of the railway with them. Just worth bearing in mind!

I know it's a tad off topic but if anyone has any Preston Bus tickets pre-Stagecoach but no earlier than the 90's that would be nice.
Former routes like the 30 or 36 earn extra brownie points.

Have some surplus Irish Rail route timetable leaflets and tickets - all within the last few years. All in very good - as good as new condition.

If interested in a general lot or specific routes/tickets please post here or PM.
I can put together the particular items, let you see a photo and will only charge a small amount plus the postage. Can only accept payment by Paypal due to bank transaction fees for sterling cheques.
