172340 at 0810

Hi all

Does anyone know the headcode of the 0810 off Stourbridge to Worcester Shrub Hill. 172340 operated the service from the sidings at SBJ.

None of the sites used on here can garner any info.

Scrolling back on National Rail Enquiries shows that it most likely would have been 2V06 0753 Leamington Spa to Worcester Foregate Street via Worcester Shrub Hill which departed SBJ sixteen minutes late at 0809 (arriving WOS at 0840).

According to Realtime Trains that service was cancelled at Birmingham Snow Hill so at a complete guess maybe a 172 at Stourbridge was used to reform that service. If that was the case I don't know whether the same headcode would be used though.

It was indeed 2V06.
It should have been the the 0629 Leamington Spa to Worcester Foregate Street but was cancelled from Leamington Spa and started from Stourbridge Junction at 0809 instead of 0753 because of signalling problems.
