Hi I recently passed an assessment for scotrail traine:idea::idea:e train driver position and have been told my dates for first interview. I found assessment pretty easy but I am looking for advice on the interview. Scotrail want me to write a 300 word report on the responsibilities of a driver and what makes a good train driver, what can I bring to the company. Any advice please.

I'm all fairness, do your research as Scotrail want 300 words on what you feel makes a good train driver. I found info straight away on google for scotrail's job description for a trainee driver.
