F&F Railcard, Missing Coupons? Urgent!

Hi Guys Need Some help for a journey tomorrow.

The Problem is that we have possible missing reservation coupons for the child tickets, but do have Reservations for the Adult Tickets. Is that normal or is something wrong?

All other tickets are present and correct.

have you checked that the reservation coupons dont include more than 1 seat

Did you lose them or did they not print?

Do you have the receipt? If so, how many coupons does it say were printed, and how many do you actually have?

Is there an online record that you could print and bring in lieu? Most of us would accept that.

Are your tickets Advance tickets? If not, you don't need the reservations.

How many people are travelling? If it's only two then that is correct as you've been issued one coupon with both reservations.

If there is only two of you and the one reservation coupon has two reservations on it (two seats in other words) then everything is fine.
