I used to be a member of a pres line in Swindon and I will always recall the old Collett BCK we had (privately owned by Mr Bill Parker I believe) and the condition it was in, basically, scrap!

Anyone know what's happened to it? The railway and owner always maintained they wanted nothing to do with it. I was even warned that Bill Parker would go mental if we even so much as tried to waterproof it with tarpaulin!

Same can be said for everything Bill owned on the line, a case of do what you want then dump it in a siding to rot ... Very sad state of affairs. The 03s were the only thing looked after to any degree and even both of those barely run, for years D2152 was a donor to D2022 just to keep one on service.
