450s are 4 cars...
458s are 4 cars...
444s are prohibited...

Tom - perhaps sometime you'll realise that train formations can change. HSTs used to be 7/8 coaches and are now 8/9, having been down to 3 on various occasions; Virgin have had extra Pendolino coaches (from 8 to 9 coaches), and seem likely to get more (11); Sprinters and their followers have been reformed on numerous occasions (2 to 3 mostly). It's not impossible to imagine 5 coach 450s/455s or even 4+4+2 sets.

As to the original question, SWT tell us here that there are "plans to introduce 10-car trains on Windsor to Waterloo services in 2010". So not for a while.

47854 and 57601 and probably 73109 have NOT been to Windsor in 2007...

73109 definately won't have. No 458s have been "rescued", nor have any 450s, but to rescue a 450 it is easier to attach another now...

A few years ago, SWT actually had plans to make up a number of 5-car Class 455 units! That was when there were plans to build 32 Class 450/2 sets as well - these actually ended up as 40 4-car sets, 450101-10 and 350101-30.
