When have pendi made it to Walsall? If going via the Stour they'd have to reverse in the station, which would be highly unusual as there is the direct route from Bescot, if going via Cannock Chase, they would have to be dragged, and I don't remember any West Coast services using said diversion since the pendi were introduced.

The 07:30 Walsall-Liverpool is a four car set and has first class, so is presumably a 350. See this file:

Hamilton West? The new service being the Larkhall branch, the ground being New Douglas Park, which is apparently linked to the station by a footpath. Only served by Scotrail, I presume that precisely three flavours of EMU appear on the Hamilton Circle / Larkhall branch these days.

Walsall could work, though I'm not sure what the new service would be. I think Rugeley Town to Trent Valley reopened more than 10 years ago.

Hull Paragon is the correct answer. Managed by TPE, also served by Hull Trains. Platform 1 is very rarely used by passenger services, in fact it is a few years since I have seen it happen (I do not require the track though).
