It is a 159. The phot has been taken from another SWT unit, judging by the light unit I think it may be a 450. Woking?

I am in a quandry of instinctive guess or work it out. The two lead to different results. As I am tired, I am going for the latter.
I believe we are in Northern land judging by the signage. In fact, I think we are in the GMPTE area. Beyond that, I am unsure. Ashton-under-Lyne?
