Looking for the cheapest way to get to CDF and back to YRK in April, between the 11th and 15th. Day one to arrive around 10-11am, returning next day to get back into York around 10-11pm. Have a YP railcard.

Cheapest I could find was XC and around £40. TPE to Manchester sounds alright, normally quite cheap with the web discount.

Yes, you will find it much cheaper to go via Manchester using TPE and ATW Advances. I always go that way when travelling from S Wales to the North!
