XC HST sunday

I caught the 17:08 XC service from Leeds to York (for Edinburgh) last weekend, pleasantly surprised to see it was a HST. Is this service always booked for one or was it a one off? I've seen the frequently requested diagrams but think someone said they are out of date.

Couple of others in there as well if you scroll through. Was a DRS Class 20 sat in the sidings too, unexpectedly.

May have been due to engineering works. This weekend some services were being diverted via Leicester and Nuneaton with extended journey times.

Sunday workings can vary for this reason.

Not sure if that was the case last weekend but I'm sure there will be people who will.

It's a welcome allocation anyway, as its a convinient time passing York for me to get a shot of it and if i go to leeds on a sunday its a good time coming back.
