Wrexham to bidston, bus replacements

Hello, just wondering can anyone help, bus replacements are being advertised but not turning up, leaving my son stranded, and having to wait for a lift home.
Also the bus drives straight past Penyffordd station at times. We’ve contacted tfw, but they don’t seem to care.
Any ideas who to complain higher at tfw please, service is a joke.

Escalate your complaint to TfW as the buses are contracted on their behalf. Escalate as much as possible, get a letter of deadlock, take it to the ombudsman. Then they might at least pretend to care

Is it still Pat’s Coaches in Wrexham? If so it might be worth a quick call to them as they will be closer to it and hopefully fix it. I don’t think we post numbers here but it’s on their website
