Worst sections of route for consistent delays

Is there anywhere online which shows a tabulation of recent poor timekeeping performance by section of route? I'd be interested to see if the section through Manchester Piccadilly (Pl 13/14) and Manchester Oxford Road is the worst as quite often trains seem to require around 10 minutes more than the advertised times over this section due to congestion.

There should be or Network Rail should be providing the performance data when asked.

Crewe strikes me as a delay minute black hole, some days it's excellent but most days diabolical.

Filtering by all stations over the last 12 weeks, it's clear to see the route between Salford Crescent and Chorley suffers heavily from delays and features 6 of the worst 10 stations, which is due to Northern's traincrew resourcing ineptness.
