Seen at Amsterdam Centraal a few days ago.

Who is the operator of the locos in attached picture?

Thanks for the info - second loco was 2007 and had been seen earlier at Arnhem. Rather surprisingly the freight had made very good progress behind the Cologne Amsterdam ICE arriving in Amsterdam only 40 minutes later presumably with a clear path to Utrecht and on to Amsterdam.
