On XC 0930 is standard.

You are not suggesting there is a national standard are you?! If so, you will be in for a massive shock if you see the list of validity codes!!! :lol::lol::lol:

BTW on FSR the standard is 0915.

It's strange though, cos I've travelled on the 0900 Nottingham - Cardiff Central XC with a CDR and they didn't bother; it's also confusing as wayfarers are valid on it after 0900

Not sure about Wayfarers but technically CDRs on that route are valid "after 0900" so that means 0901 or later, but I doubt any guard is going to issue an excess for the sake of 1 minute.
