What's it like working as an LNER Station Support Assistant?

Wondering if anyone has any experience working as an LNER Station Support Assistant? I'm applying specifically to Central Station Newcastle, but any advice is good.
How many hours do you work weekly, and how much do shifts vary? What are the working conditions like? Is it a rewarding job? Do you actually get time off to use the free travel?
Any kind of info is great!
