What was this train

Saw this very nice looking train going through Kentish Town West this evening. Some very luxury looking 1st class coaches pulled by a class 57 (think it was called Institution of Mechanical Engineers), not sure what was at the back. https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/service/gb-nr:U58176/2025-07-23/detailed RTT has it marked as empty coaching stock, but it definitely looked like there were people sitting down sipping drinks. Is RTT wrong, or is it the staff of a railtour enjoying a bit of relaxation at the end of their shift?
