Alright...I was actually thinking of the R3, but as the LEV-1 is very similar in design and nature I'll give ye that one!

All of the 40's wheels are on bogies, the 1 designates an unpowered axle. Such as A1A, Powered, Unpowered, Powered.

And, a 20 doesnt have 1 bogie and 4 wheels, it has 2 bogies and 8 wheels.
