GBRf had loads open recently at Bescot/Northampton. I think Northampton is still open.

I am applying for other TOCs but I’m not sure if I should with WMT as I should have an open application. However they sent an email that I understand to say “don’t apply for other train driver positions with us. We may contact you, we may not. If we don’t then don’t contact us.” There was no indication to how you would know your application had finished.

Anyone heard anything for Wolverhampton yet?
The last contact I had from them was on the 24/7/2026:
"We are pleased to inform you that you have successfully passed the OPC sift stage. You are now in our Talent Pool, awaiting STAGE 1 OPC testing."

Same for coventry depot, considering there are people from october /november 2025 applications still awaiting DMIs , I am preparing myself for a long wait, this long waiting period between stages is very usual, if that makes you feel any better ( that being said it doesnt mean its easy and I also find it the hardest part of process so far...)
