Yes I'm not a 100% expert but I have reasonable knowledge with the two.

Yes I work with my company websites all day long
Managing servers etc, CSS modifications to make theme look nice and more.
Of course, I am very busy as we have over 50 websites I am trusted to maintain and make sure they don't go down for too long!

I'm not exactly a web designer, but I have a basic knowledge of HTML & CSS from my computer science A level.

I'd only claim basic experience in both, but I spent a lot of time working in php as part of my "extra-curricular" at university.

Any reason for asking, @yorkie? Or were you just interested to find out? :)
