Anyone have any idea what these particular movements are, RTTs just show it as a 75mph EMU being take on a jolly around SWT metro land.

Presume it's just a pair of 455s? Nothing special?
It's the pair of retractioned 455s:

The Vossloh Voyager
Saturday 14 January 2017
http://www.branchline.org.uk/events.php

The Branch Line Society is delighted to announce an exciting fund raising charter in conjunction with South West Trains (SWT) traversing three much sought after depot / yard lines and other interesting track including East Putney in both directions. The 8-coach train will be formed of the two Class 455 EMUs that have been recently used as the test bed for the new Vossloh Kiepe three phase AC traction motor project – 5732 and 5870. In recognition of the special train, all profits will be donated to SWT's nominated charity, Railway Benefit Fund (RBF). As usual, our fund raising activity will be supported by a raffle. There will be a service of drinks and light refreshments, and comfort breaks will be allowed for within the itinerary.

Our ROUTE, validated by SWT and bid to Network Rail, is as follows:

Waterloo P19 (PU anticipated 08.40) – Windsor Reversible – Queenstown Road P2 – Clapham Yard – East Putney – Wimbledon P7 – Surbiton P4 – Flyover to Hampton Court P2 (RM) – Wimbledon Park Depot – Clapham Yard (RM) – Clapham Yard Sidings (RM) – Waterloo P19 (RM) – Wimbledon – Fulwell (RM) – Shacklegate Jn (RM) – Strawberry Hill Depot (RM) – Kingston P1 (Down Bay) (RM) – Shacklegate Jn (RM) – Wimbledon P5 – East Putney – Clapham Junction Signal W1047 (RM) – Barnes – Staines – Windsor & Eton Riverside P1 (RM) – Staines EMU Berthing Sidings (RM) – Staines P2 – Addlestone Jn –(then fast to) – Waterloo P14 (SD anticipated 18.42)

The first pair of retractioned units, there's plenty of other units that have the new traction equipment fitted now too, about 1/3 of the fleet the last I heard.

I see they put plenty of comfort breaks in due to the 455's lack of toilets! ;)

Looks like it wasn't picked up properly at times on the feed that RTT uses:

the 1Z45 showed as being 220L at Waterloo Carlisle Lane Jn

Trains that pass the same point more than once in a journey tend to record on rtt incorrectly. As for the feed, it's the same feed for all websites from NR themselves.
