The signage would suggest so, though I never used the service. Think they'd have been better having a 'boat' icon and calling it a 'boat stop' myself...

Oh, and as a Bristolian I recognise neither Broadmarsh or Portwall Way. Broadmead and Portwall Lane on the other hand....

I meant to type Lane! Way must have slipped in as I was thinking of that dreadful Redcliffe Way nearby. Apologies.

As a resident of Nottingham I was worried Broadmarsh migth be one of mine too... but I've checked and it isn't.

Nope. It was my mistake.

It probably illustrates my aversion to shopping malls and to most pedestrianised city shopping areas, wherever they are, at the same time perhaps recalling a few place names around Bristol with the -marsh suffix.
I'm not persuaded that the boat journey is any faster than the bus to Park Street, but it is more enjoyable!

I would want to apologise for making any mistake, but when I mistake the name of a shopping centre, then it's hard to feel any remorse!

Twas but a trifling error that set my pedant radar off.

And you are right about the -marsh suffix. There's Canon's Marsh on the harbourside, and St Phillip's Marsh - home of FGW's Traction and Rolling Stock Maintenance Depot.

I do urge all those arriving at Bristol Temple Meads and heading for the Centre, or the Harbourside and its attractions (the Broadmead/Cabot Circus shopping areas are NOT the Centre), to take the ferry from Temple Quay. Out the side entrance of Temple Meads and follow the signs. It's only a couple of quid for the ferry and it gives one a unique view of Bristol and its maritime heritage. Ferries are only hourly at the moment but if you have time to kill there's a Wetherspoon's just a stone's throw from the ferry landing stage.

A large part of the harbourside (opened in 1809 by damming and diverting the River Avon, and named the 'Floating Harbour') was improved by a certain Isambard Kingdom Brunel in 1848.
