I'm sorry if this has been asked before (and I am sure it has but can't find it) but if one is travelling from Cardiff to, say, Chester on the Northbound evening WAG express, with a first class all line rover, does one also benefit from the complementary evening meal service?

I'm pretty sure it's complimentary to all FC ticket holders, yes. I think the only issue would be if doing a short journey where there isn't time to have the meal.
