Victoria Coach Station to be relocated

According to a January 2014 Westminster City Council paper a study is presently underway to find a new location for Victoria Coach Station

it states

"Potential relocation options are going through internal discussion and validation within National Express (who operate circa 80% of the services from VCS) at present, and a model of alternative sites is currently being developed, with the possibility of a two-hub option being considered from an operator perspective, which previously operators and others have not favoured. We expect to hear more about this in 2014."

Any one heard anything about this and locations being considered?
