Most recent coaching stock does not have any opening windows which could be used when air conditioning fails. Some older classes, such as 158 and 166 do have some windows guards can open. What are the rules for vehicles with no opening windows?

If the air-conditioning fails, air will still flow into the carriage. It's just that the pipes containing the coolant won't be cold.
