How many 150s does ATW use on its valley lines routes, including Ebbw vale but excluding Maesteg?

Thanks again,

Ryan

there are normally 3 class 150's used on weekdays on the Cardiff - Ebbw Vale route at at least 4/5 on saturdays when trains are strengthened to 4 carriages.

there is normally at least 1/2 class 150's used on Penarth - Cardiff - Bargoed/Rhymney services.

Cheers

I was in Cardiff yesterday, it was brilliant, and Central is so busy!

Just arrived back from Wrexham, the Holyhead/Cardiff today ex WRX 0830
was reduced from a 3 coach 175 to a 2 coach 150. If you boarded at HHD
5 hours of pleasure, I don't think.

Standing room only. Not worth another thread for this, but ive also put it in
HDD/CDF thread for interest.

Then why put it in two threads ?? if a 175 has sat down for whatever reason then ATW will put whatever they have on the service. A 150 is better than a cancelled train, no ??

0629 hhd/cdf

How many people actually use this service from Holyhead to Cardiff (compared to those using it between Holyhead and Chester and those using it between Hereford and Cardiff)?

From Holyhead to Cardiff, stats have been noted on the Premier service in 1st average 4 get on between HDD & Chester

in standard this train is used as a semi fast commuter & usually empties Chester & Crewe.

As for the D M Us, very few use the services, ex hhd to CDF after the 0629 when I have used the service.
The majority go to the North West from North Wales but politics in Wales ignores this fact.
