Because UKRT receive the timings directly from the train operator (GBRf in this case) as soon as Network Rail release the schedule. Whereas the open data sites only receive a daily update of schedules in the small hours of each morning, and sometimes it can take an extra day for changes to filter through.
Hang on. As we are already at the evening before the tour and full timings still not released, does this mean we may not know until first thing tomorrow morning?

A slightly blurred still from the Watford webcam. 69004 leading 66799 and then the coaching stock. 17105 leading, then standard class. Formation beyond the brake coach is three full standard class coaches, the miniature buffet coach, three first class coaches, the kitchen car and then another two first class coaches.

Imagine therefore that 66799 will stay where it is, and 69004 will go on the first class end to lead from Waterloo as advertised.

looks that way as still no update, could be because the train isnt going all the way to fawley now, probably only up to marchwood so they might have had to/still working on re planning the journey

Started from Woking not Waterloo, according to RTT, but the photo at W'loo says otherwise! Poor RTT got confused by the amendments.

Couldn't run to Fawley Gates as planned, because someone has stolen some electric cable

I would hazard a guess the gate to the platform is normally locked. I was surprised (and very excited Haha) to find out it wasnt on my visit.

in the past when ever a railtour has gone down that way, the station seems to have been open for people to stand on and photograph/video the trains
