I'm not sure, while our current local setup is only available to our booking office staff as we're awaiting funding to complete the job and permit platform staff to use it as we've always done.

Saying that while I have a interest in watching what's happening on stations across the FCC network which any webcam could do anyway, it could lead to it being abused by some people.

Still, let's wait and see if it's successful or a complete failure, shall we?

Definitly a snoopers paradise.

I havent got a problem with properly trained staff looking at me on CCTV but I dont want any tom dick or harry spying on me.

Why would anyone want to sit in their home and watch random places?

I've not signed up so I don't know what you do whether you just pick a CCTV to watch or something, however I understand if your neighbourhood watch or a station adopter and want to keep an eye on your area.

Compared to the low fines imposed for most crimes, it might pay to tell your mates where you're going to vandalise, be antisocial or shoplift, get them to report it and share the reward.

Definitely for curtain twitches, much like myself, I think I would have great pleasure in watching cameras like that, ready to strike the moment someone steps out of line.

If it brings in results and it works then I'm all for it.
