Tube services today.

TfL's status page is saying that on the Jubilee line today, there will be "Minor delays between Finchley Road and Stanmore due to train cancellations. GOOD SERVICE on the rest of the line." I need to travel from Stanmore to North Greenwich today, does this mean that there is a limited service as far as Finchley Road which becomes full as the rest of the service is turning at Neasden, or is there some other working arrangement?
I would be grateful of any information to help me decide the best way to get there this afternooon.

According to truetubestatus.com, it seems to be due to train cancellations, and only between Finchley Road and Stanmore, so I assume trains are being turned early. Looks like it will be back to normal soon though.

OK, thanks, that is what I read into the TfL status line. If it improves later than that is fine and there shouldn't be any problems with late evening trains.

Trains reverse at West Hampstead and Willesden Green.

Jubilee line is typically every 2-3 mins minor delays can mean you wait upto 6 minutes for a train typically. So it's not significant

I had to wait for 22 minutes for a Central Line today (Saturday 1st October) at Greenford and the service was still down as ‘Good Service’. This was 1700. I am not sure of the exact service intervals for that part of of the Central Line, but the TfL planner suggest there should be a train every 5 to 7 minutes, so I am pretty certain a 22 minute wait should at least be considered as minor delays.

At Bond Street I transferred to a Jubilee Line train, although the train arrived almost immediately, the train was crush loaded after Green Park, which in my experience is unusual on weekends, so I suspect there had been a long interval for that train too.

I think a delay repay claim will be in order.

Is seems that the reason changed later in the afternoon from Finchley Rd. to Stanmore to Finchley Rd. to Stratford. In the event, our journey was delayed both ends, - a 12 minute wait at Stanmore and a slow journey beyond Baker St, stopping between stations to let the train in front clear the platforms.
On the way home, the journey was much better, a short queue, trains every 3 mins., and seats available at most stations.
Strangely enough, the train terminated in platform 3, - a first time for me.

I believe the timings for delays to be "official" is 15mins for "minor" and 30mins for it to be "severe*. So the time you waitd for the Central Line would have been "minor "

I wouldn't even consider any form of delay payment from LU unless it was well over 30 mins.
