**Please note I have gained permission from the forum staff team to post this thread**

Many of you on this website are aware of the "Tube Challenge" whereby people attempt to travel to all 270 London Underground stations in the fastest time (and hopefully for a Guinness World record entry).

However lesser known are a number of shorter (and less formal) "alternative challenges" which can by attempted using the TfL rail system. These include:

--Zone 1 Challenge: Visit all stations in Oyster card zone 1
--London Overground challenge: Visit all stations on the LO network
--DLR Challenge: Visit all DLR stations
--South of the Thames: Visit all LU stations south of the Thames
--All Lines Challenge: Fastest time to ride at least one station on all 11 LU lines

I could go on as there are more than this- for a full list please visit the website.

Anyway, my main reason for posting this thread is that I host a website which lists all known attempts for all the alternative challenges (time completed, date of attempt and names of challengers). I would like these lists to show a complete picture of everybody who has attempted that particular challenge. This website can be viewed at www.explorerticket.co.uk/tubechallenge

If anyone here has attempted any of the alternative challenges and wish to be listed on the league tables (or simply want to know more) than please email me via the website above or PM me.

Sprinter (or Tangy).

Did a Zone 1 Challenge years ago, missed two stations but was a good learning curve: I think the full challenge is the main one of interest. Will be embarking on a challenge based on a certain London board game soon.

It's not Monopoly! Some interesting alternative challenges there to consider.

If you were to visit stations in alphabetical order, how far through the list could you get in 24 hours?
