Just been inpatient in Airedale hospital (its OK, they fixed me yesterday) for a few days. I got a 'window bed'
For non locals, thats next to the Leeds - Skipton railway line. Close enough to identify class but not close enough to read numbers.
So i saw 333s and 321s, the 158's on the Carlisles and 150s and 142s on the lancasters.
And quite a few 66 hauled freights.
quite nice to watch while I was bored.
Any other unusual places where you have watched trains?
