Trivia - stationless towns with the nearest station in a different county

Ruthin (Denbighshire)- Penyffordd (Flintshire)
Corwen and Llangollen (Denbighshire)- CHIRK (Wrexham)
Bala (Gwynedd)- Betws Y Coed (Conwy)
Cardigan (Ceredigion)- Fishguard Harbour (Pembrokeshire)
Llandysul (Ceredigion)- Carmarthen (Carmarthenshire)
Lampeter (Ceredigion) -<Llanwrda (Carmarthenshire)
Newcastle Emlyn (Ceredigion side) - Carmarthen


Lots of these wouldn’t be natural flows for most journeys(bus and road flows)
Ruthin would be Wrexham/rhyl
Corwen/Llangollen/Bala- Wrexham/chirk/ruabon for anything non local
Cardigan/Llandysul/Newcastle Emlyn - Carmarthen
Lampeter - Carmarthen or Aberystwyth
