Any services.

Wakefield KG, has only 2 TOC's but will be well up in regards as one of the stations with most services, and no Staff.

Anyone know which unstaffed station is served by most TOC's?

Irlam, Chinley and Dore are served by 3 (NT, TPE & EMT), any served by 4 or more?

If we are including passenger services that pass through, my suggestion is Patricroft.

Northern Rail (stops)
Arriva Trains Wales (passes through)
East Midlands Trains (passes through on diversion)
First Transpennine Express (passes through on diversion)
Virgin Trains (passes through on diversion)

Liverpool Lime Street has 6.

1) Merseyrail
2) Virgin
3) London Midland
4) East Midlands Trains
5) Northern
6) Transpennine Express

(with proposals for a 7th - Glasgow Trains)

Liverpool South Parkway has 5:

1) Merseyrail
2) London Midland
3) Transpennine Express (from December 2010)
4) East Midlands Trains
5) Northern

Am I right in thinking that Liverpool Central is the busiest railway station in the UK to only be served by one sole operator?

I'd say that is if it beats Liverpool St

C2C sometimes go to Liverpool St so NXEA is not the only operator there.

London Waterloo would beat Liverpool Central, (but only because the Eurostar has left!).

Didn't realise they also parked up and reversed. It makes a lot of sense given the capacity constraints of the King Edward bridge.

Only seen it happen once, guessing to keep route knowledge up (even if it is a small route). The driver didn't go far enough along the platform to clear the signal at the eastern end so had to go and move the HST another few foot.
