Their contract for the Hovertravel shuttle bus between Portsmouth city centre and Southsea Hoverport also runs every 30 mins.
Further to this the KITE reverts to its former service number, 20, as part of the changes connected with the closure of Aldershot bus station in early May. It will also go to a 20-minute frequency on Sundays.

On top of that the 15 will be extended to serve North Town, replacing the 14. On Sundays, it'll be run at an hourly frequency, so soon that can be discounted.

First Halifax 590/592 Halifax-Mytholmroyd-Hebden Bridge-Todmorden....with the 590 continuing hourly to Rochdale and the 592 to Burnley.
The OP did ask to exclude combining routes otherwise there will be loads.

Halifax does have a few though.

The 503 Halifax to Huddersfield is every 30 minutes.
The 576 Halifax to Bradford is every 20.
The 521 Halifax to Mixenden is every 15.
The 549 is every 30 minutes between Halifax and Brighouse (extending hourly to Rastrick).
The 682 Halifax to Bradford is every 30 minutes.

Keighley to Bradford on the 662 is every 20 minutes.
Keighley to Leeds is briefly every 30 minutes on the 60, but for most of the day this frequency is only maintained between Greengates and Leeds.

If we are including future changes then we can also add Stagecoach South’s Winchester - Alresford - Alton route 64, which by coincidence increases from hourly to half-hourly this coming Sunday (16th April).

Currently McGill’s have the following every 20 minutes during the main part of Sunday: 23, 26 (two overlapping to give a central section every 10), 38, 61 and 517.
Those every 30 minutes are the 7, 51, 64, 66, 543.

Some will change from 1st May, with the 64 going, but replaced in part by the more frequent 61, whilst the 7 becomes hourly 7/7A variations.

Most of the Metro bus routes in Belfast that operate on a Sunday have a half-hourly service for much of the day.

One from Edinburgh.

Lothian's 26 runs every 12 minutes on Sunday daytimes between Clerwood and Prestonpans, where the route splits.

Alternate buses then continue to either Seton Sands or Tranent, resulting in a rather odd 24-minute frequency on each branch.

In the evening the service level drops to every 15-minutes, allowing the Seton Sands and Tranent branches to be served half-hourly.

I'm sure most Plymouth to Plymstock buses run half-hourly on Sundays even if they don't do Cross-City journeys from Saltash and St Budeaux.
