Trivia: Busiest Station without all day ticket purchasing facilities?

Where is the busiest station (in terms of passenger numbers) without the ability to purchase a ticket from first train until last? For the avoidance of doubt card only TVMs would meet the requirement for ticket purchasing facilities as would the ability to use tap in tap out as long as the major flows in both directions (where appropriate) are covered by the scheme.
