For example, on Ely–London King's Cross services Cambridge North to Cambridge is 3.7 km and then Cambridge to King's Cross is 93.1 km; a ratio of 1 : 25.2. (By duration, 4 minutes against 48, so a ratio of 1 : 12.) I'm sure that the largest would be on the Caledonian Sleeper, and Sunday night Night Rivieras (no Taunton call) and any nonstop Newcastle to Edinburgh services calling at Haymarket would have quite high ones on the route, but I'm not sure where else.
I also don't have any idea what the largest difference in physical gaps between stations not necessarily served by the same service would be; for example I mean
something like Milton Keynes Central to Wolverton to Rugby (4.3 km : 48.4 km avoiding Northampton / 1 : 11.3; 4 minutes : 37 minutes on the 22:58 from Rugby, so 1 : 9.25).
