This is basically in alphabetical order with 2 exceptions. Air France and Garuda were the worst so they come last. Still have flashbacks during turbulence of taking off from Jakarta for Denpasar on a DC10, with the right hand engine knocking it's conkers off, into a thunderstorm and getting bounced around the cabin like a rag doll. I thought that was it and it was game over. Never flown Garuda since and never will.
