Ive been invited for an asessment for the train maintainer role. Im hearing that the recruitment process is quite long? They're currently hiring for west london but am i likely to hear back pretty quickly? Going back a few years on older threads it takes quite some time? If the jobs are available why do they take over a year to offer jobs?
