Hadn't noticed this before but I see the booking form layout for both is identical? Does anyone know if the two are legally connected or if RTC just manage TE tours for them ?

Just wondering.

They aren't connected (Torbay Express and Pathfinder are though). I suspect they've both used the same firm to create their online booking engines.
