Time of arrival

Hopefully some kind soul will help me out

Was on the 10.36 Ramsgate to Charing Cross this morning

Because of late running the train was terminated at London Bridge

Due time there was 12.43. We arrived at 12.58 (ish). Can someone point me to where the official time of arrival can be found to see about possible delay repay (which the conductor did mention)

Arrived at London Bridge 16 minutes late according to RTT at 12.57. It was due in at 12.41.

This is confirmed by the information in TRUST, so a 15 minute delay repay claim should succeed if the final destination was London Bridge.
