Tickets to Luton Airport

Holiday Extras (http://www.holidayextras.co.uk/airports-by-rail.html) offer what appear to be unrestricted tickets for people connecting to flights to and from Luton Airport at very low prices (£58 for two adults from Derby).

Can anyone confirm there are no special terms and conditions or other restrictions attached to these tickets, other than having proof of your connecting flight?

At a quarter the cost National Rail are quoting for peak-time travel return it seems almost too good to be true.

don't seem to be any restrictions. However, the website can't cope with passengers flying into those airports, only those flying out

Their offers are not always a bargain. For example, they want £112 for 2 adults from Leeds to Glasgow (for Glasgow Airport) but 2 Anytime Returns Leeds to Glasgow route Appleby cost only £90.80.
