Just trying to submit claims to Trainsplit for cancelled trains due to the Glasgow Central situation.

The photos I've taken on my iPhone and uploaded to my Mac look perfectly fine in my photos library, but when uploaded onto the claim form they become blurred and unreadable. Before I cut them in half for the further proof required that they can't be used, does anyone techie know whether just because I can't see them properly they will be okay on receipt by Trainsplit?

From what I understand, the preview of uploaded photos will look more pixelated than the actual image that was uploaded. It's meant to just act like a thumbnail.

Oh thanks, I'll go ahead then, and hang onto the paper tickets in case I have to send them again, albeit cut in half.

Oh bu@@er, I've just submitted it, and realised afterwards that I have put a totally incorrect booking reference for my replacement booking. Will this be critical to approval of the refund claim? I used the form which requires a replacement booking ref. for Advance tickets, although I don't think it's applicable in this situation as I haven't rebooked for the same route or even the same operator. I have no idea where I got the wrong reference from, I started my claim about five hours ago and have been waiting for a reply to my original question.

I'm pretty sure Adam and the team know who I am, as I'm in touch quite often about various things, so should I email with the correct rebooking reference or will it be okay just to leave it? Also there's two journeys involved, and as I had two emails I'm claiming individually for them, so will try to get the right reference on the second one which I am about to do.
