Third rail technical details

What is the standard distance from the centre point of the third rail to the centre point of the running rail in the UK? And how far above the running rail is it placed from the top part of the running rail to the top part of the third rail?

405 mm +/- 10 mm centre line to centre line, Conductor rail surface is above the running rail surface by 76 mm +10/-3 mm static and 76 mm +40/-20 mm dynamic - from GMRT1001
