I seem to be a little stuck with this - got brought to a stand on the down fast at Welwyn Garden City and haven't moved for 12 game minutes! There is an FCC service stuck in the block ahead which, on inspection, is sat at a green with the external lights off, so it seems the computer has yet to send it on its way.

It did say there may be problems further North but this is taking it possibly a little far!

Anyone else having the same problems with this scenario?

Same problem. I reported it to them, haven't had a response. I'd of had a look myself but I simply can't be bothered. And to think this is one of the scenarios that ships with the core product... *sigh*

I spotted through the Community that one of my friends had completed it. Only one of about 8 to have done so. They said they'd had the same problem but having reloaded from a save file and possibly arriving at Welwyn GC at a different time they'd got through. I'll hopefully try it tonight

Workaround - enter the scenario, save it, exit it and then resume. That seems to sort the get the stopper moving! I ran slow between the start and Welwyn, hit double yellows then got through Welwyn GC on either double or single yellow, I forget.

Don't get too much speed though, or else at Welwyn North you come down onto a triple red...

OK, got as far as Hitchin, got brought to a stand (not before a TPWS activation) as the route was set for the slow to cross onto the fast. As I approached, it then dropped the slow to red and brought the fast to green before promptly reversing it again! The train behind is the same stopper it seems and it is stopped at a green once more!

I'm meant to pass the next timing point at 08:32...the game gives an ETA of 14:34...how encouraging!!!

Yep - same problem as I had. There does seem to be only one way round it and that is to save progress and exit after each of the 3 (IIRC) intermediate timing points. However, don't do this at a point where you are being brought to a stand as by then it is too late. I managed to complete it in such a manner and annoyingly got 996/1000 after a couple of 0.001mph overspeed triggers

Ive tried various ways even doing most of the way to hitchen at 20mph so ill give that a go !
