Passed first stage ‘recruitment review’. Waiting on hiring managers to draw up a pool for interview shortlist.

I’m guessing recruitment review is just some sort of automated system lol

Do you have a question for the forum? Also are you sure its London Underground? Pretty sure Elizabeth line (RfLI) are hiring a role with that title.

Why would it be automated?

Hi, no question, just a post to keep updated with others.. found the role on TfL careers but yes, it’s for Elizabeth Line - assumed they fall under same category.

Automated because why would there be two rounds of an application sift? Unless first was he / recruitment team and then managers.
