So I’ve applied to be a Gateline Assistant where I’ve successfully passed its interview although I’ve didn’t receive an direct offer I received an email stating this:
However, it was deemed at the interview that you met the required standard, and should another vacancy for this position arise in the next 6 months, we would very much welcome another application from you.
Since then, I’ve applied for several more Gateline Assistant selection/fit roles. I was shortlisted for a meeting for one of the stations, but unfortunately I wasn’t selected following the meeting.
Does anyone have any advice on what I could do differently in future, or any insight into why I may not have been selected following the meeting? I’d really appreciate any feedback.
