Swift Kings Cross Unit Bashing Assistance!

I'm off to the London Bike Show at the ExCel on 14th Feb from Sheffield. I'm meeting my fatha at Kings Cross at 0940 but, due to me being a tight get, I'll be arriving at St Pancras from Sheffield at 083x. Kings Cross is across the way so I thought (mainly based on the adventures of Kite159) I could do some EMU leaps and start on those - never bothered before!

Query is basically whats the best and easiest insect leap out of KGX to do repeatedly for an hour that'll bag me a few units before meeting the elder one and what ticket is required!

The easiest is from King's Cross to Finsbury Park and back :P

King's Cross - Finsbury Park

Finsbury Park - King's Cross

Hertford North & Welwyn Garden City services are 313's, the rest are 365/317/321's. Enjoy

Just make sure you avoid the 365s which skips Finsbury (mainly fast Cambridge services).

Easiest ticket to get would be a travelcard, that should also cover you from Kings Cross to ExCeL afterwards.

For a Day Travelcard, you cannot get anything less than a Zones 1-6. Finsbury Park is Zone 2, while Custom House and Prince Regent are Zone 3.
