A quick question: If one deliberately books a 20 minute change in Brussels from Thalys onto the Eurostar, making use of either a Business Premier ticket or Carte Blanche, will Eurostar honour the Railteam hop on the next train promise if it is late?

I don't think this is a problem as minimum check-in time for Eurostar Business Class is 10 minutes.

Yes, no problem. However, given the prevalence of Thalys delays make sure that you don't mind waiting up to three hours for the next ES (middle of the day) when making your journey plans!

If you're travelling on by train on advance tickets once in the UK if you ensure that your ticket is from London International (CIV) to your destination you'll also be covered for the UK leg of the journey in case you miss your connection in Brussels. If you just have a traditional London Terminals to destination advance then I believe there is no requirement on the TOC to allow you travel and you'd have to buy a new ticket (though they may apply discretion).
