Did anyone watch this on BBC Two last night? Was an insight of the various strikes as well as the different unions such as the RMT, Unite and the RCN.
Have to say it was interesting although I do wonder who decided Eddie Dempsey needed to look like something out of Peaky Blinders, I do not know. Mick Lynch, Sharon Graham and Pat Cullen came off well. The differences between the different unions were quite stark, the RMT did come across as an old boys club at times which is probably due to the nature of the railways was not too surprising whereas the RCN is 90% female and was interesting to hear Pat Cullen's describing her experience with the Department of Health which was sounded dreadful.
