Step entrance buses still in use

Afternoon everyone, I am planning a trip next week and would like to find somewhere with volvo olympian northern counties buses still in use. Anywhere in the UK is good I just don't want it to be a wasted trip! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hedingham have four NC-bodied Olympians at their Tollesbury depot which see service on their 91/92/95 routes on weekdays. Problem is their appearances have become rarer recently, as the depot seems to use their two Alexander-bodied Olympians and their four early Tridents on the services.

The routes in question run between Tollesbury and Witham (91), Colchester (92), and Maldon (95). Might be worth asking the driver if there's any NC ones out on service, given vehicles change over every time they reach the depot.

Go North East are still using Palatine IIs, they're branded for schools services but tend to be out in regular service relatively frequently up towards Consett and Stanley.

South Gloucestershire Bus and Coach use theirs predominantly for schools in Bristol but they do occasionally appear on peak hour services elsewhere

Metrobus M1386 C386BUV of Metropolis Bus and Coach out in use on rail replacement work between Reading and Virginia Water today alongside somewhat newer vehicles.

Seen heading in the Reading direction on the A329(M) at about 11:40
