Hi,I was hoping for some advice from you guys. I have been trying to join EMR or LNER as a Costumer Service Officer in the station . I’m so pleased that I have got in the talent pool for EMR and I’m next in line for a vacancy. I have been invited to do the psychometric test for LNER and I’m wondering if I should go. If anyone works for either company in the station Customer service role I would be really grateful if you could tell me if you enjoy working for them. There is a big pay difference, LNER pay quite a lot more than EMR. Thank you ☺️

By all means go for the other job. You're in the pool for EMR so no guarantee of anything yet, and if you are interested and the benefits are better at LNER as you say then no harm in continuing through the application process with them.

I suppose there’s no harm in sitting the test, there’s a chance that I won’t pass it. Thanks for the advice.
